Services Provided

Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment is required before services commence.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated (e.g., refund up to 40% in case of unsuccessful admission on the standard package).
- Additional fees may apply for extra services not included in the package.
Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information required for service fulfillment.
- You are responsible for meeting university and visa deadlines.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are processed only as per our refund policy.
- In case of an unsuccessful offer letter, up to 40% of the package cost may be refunded.
- No refund will be issued for failure due to incorrect or incomplete documents provided by you.
Limitation of Liability
Agrojatra acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for university admission decisions, visa rejections, or changes in regulations that may impact your application.
Termination
- The service agreement terminates once all agreed-upon services have been delivered.
- The company reserves the right to cancel services in case of fraudulent activity or violation of terms.
